By accessing and using Montekit, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Montekit provides AI-generated, printable children's storybooks and coloring pages. Due to the nature of AI, we cannot guarantee specific visual outcomes, but we strive to maintain high quality and child-safe content.

3. Purchases and Refunds

Each story kit is generated on-demand for a one-time fee of $9.99. Because the digital product is delivered immediately upon generation, all sales are final and non-refundable unless there is a critical technical failure in delivery.

4. Content Guidelines

You agree not to submit prompts that request violent, explicit, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content. We reserve the right to refuse service for prompts that violate our safety guidelines.
